This ministry has a special place in our hearts, not only because Damaris’ parents managed it and worked very hard in renovating 2 buildings during the course of 40 years, but because of how the Lord used this ministry to work in our hearts.
Though most of the renovations have been completed and the building is operational, there still some important renovations that are needed. The priority right now is replacing some of the entrance doors on the ground floor and all the windows on the 5 levels of the building.
The estimated cost of this project is €45,000 which corresponds to roughly corresponds to $49,000. As of February 2023, the fundraiser has collected €30,000 which brings the current needed funds to €15,000 ≈ $16,000.
French churches and individuals have generously contributed to this camp ministry through gifts and by volunteering to help in the renovation work.
