April-June 2025
“Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren” (1 John 3:16).
Dear praying partners & family,
Our hearts are filled with gratitude to our Father in heaven for your faithful, precious prayers. As we reflect on the past three months, we rejoice in what the Lord has done in our lives and the ministry in Amiens. We’re thankful for the spiritual growth we are seeing in the lives of several believers. Additionally, we continue to counsel those experiencing significant spiritual challenges and those who have not yet come to Christ with a repentant heart. In that regard, please pray for brother Abbett and me to have more wisdom, patience, compassion, and grace to help our people.

It was a special joy for me on the last Sunday of April to baptize A**l. There were very few chairs available as his parents, his brother and sister were there, as well as an aunt, three cousins, and a family friend.

A**l shared his testimony of salvation and quoted John 3:16, which was the passage I preached on. Please continue to pray for the redemption of his family and for A**l’s spiritual growth.
In May, Damaris successfully completed the final round of a biblical counseling training program. What a blessing it was for her as she desires to better help women and children in our ministry.
We are also thankful for several visitors we’ve recently had and who are coming regularly. Among them are S*****o and V*****e, believers from the Ivory Coast who happen to live on the street parallel to our church building.
Furthermore, we are happy to see the men faithfully gather once every two months for a breakfast and a Bible study as we continue to look at the lives of men of God. The ladies continue to meet as well and have been studying the attributes of God. At the end of May, some ladies from our church were able to attend a women’s retreat in Belgium. It was encouraging to hear their testimonies the following Sunday about God’s blessings and teachings.

As there has been an increase in the number of children coming to Bible Discovery Club from Amiens, it was decided to have all our youth activities at church and no longer at our home. We now have a common snack and singing time with the kids and the teens, and then separate game time and Bible studies.

On June 14th, we had our annual cookout at our house to mark the end of the club’s season. We were 28 altogether! We thank God once again for a blessed year in our youth ministries and for the willingness of unsaved parents to let their children come to the club. Please continue to pray for the salvation of these precious families.

On July 8th, we plan to organize a special outreach at church as the Tour de France stage for that day will depart 70 yards from our building! Please pray for that effort to produce eternal fruits.

In just a few weeks, we will take part in the Camp Rainbow ministry (July 12-26). We ask you to please pray for safe travels for all participants, but also for God’s protection, both physical and spiritual. May the Lord find open hearts so that many may come to Christ in repentance for the salvation of their soul, and that many may choose to live for God!
We thank you for your love, your kindness, and your help manifested through your precious prayers.
In Christ,
Jeremie, Damaris, Adam, Abel, & Anthony
